Yes! You can try our 14-day trial by installing the app here.
What happens when I hit the upsell revenue limit?
You will automatically upgrade to the next tier, so your upsells and customizations are not interrupted. If this happens, congrats, it means you're seeing results!
How is upsell revenue calculated?
Upsell revenue is the revenue UpsellPlus generated for you, net of discounts. A more in depth walkthrough with examples here.
Do you take a commission on sales?
We don't take a commission on sales, just clear tiers based on the actual revenue we generate for you.
What's included in "managed service"?
Managed service comes with a dedicated customer success manager, 24/7/365 live chat support with a human always there and monthly performance reviews and suggestions.
We also offer white glove onboarding as part of the Managed Service.
Is Shopify Plus required?
Shopify Plus is not required. Only if you want to customize your checkout with recommendations and customizations, you'll need Shopify Plus. This is a Shopify restriction, we can't get around it. If you're considering Plus, this might be useful.
