Spring 2026 release
We just released our Spring 2026 release.
This release is a major update and the foundation for UpsellPlus to become an autonomous agent growing revenue on site for your brand.
So, what's new?
Speed
Speed means conversion. Conversion means revenue. We've improved how fast all offers are shown on the storefront. This shaved off 200-500ms to render any offer across your store on any page.
Serving it hot
To power recommendations for tens of thousands of shopping sessions per minute, we added a global load balancer. This distributes traffic across servers in multiple geographic locations to improve performance, reliability, and availability for international shoppers and merchants. Still love you, us-east servers, but we’re not exclusive.
New offer editor
Creating and editing offers will now be clear and simple. You'll have simple tabs for each part of the offer (product, placement, styling) and a high-fidelity preview that matches the live version shown on your website
Experiments
Nobody wants to babysit an A/B test. Experiments let you continuously improve your on-site revenue with multivariate testing. AI will generate variants, test which one best achieves your goal, and then start the next test. No code or intervention needed. Full insight, but none of the work. Live with select customers.
Storefront expansion
You can now show recommendations across every extension point on Shopify across the theme, checkout, and post-purchase pages.
That means you can grow AOV across the:
- Home page
- Collection page
- Product page
- Cart (theme drawer, our drawer, /cart page, popup)
- Checkout (checkout header, checkout footer, checkout main)
- Post-purchase page (3 pages deep)
- Thank you page

Post-purchase offers, 3 levels deep. Delivers more segmentation options and gets the right offer in front of the right person. Easier to set up, manage, and improve.
Age of AI
As part of this release, we've rebuilt the UpsellPlus codebase from the ground up, so our engineering team can move lightning fast with AI coding agents at their side. Have product suggestions? Just shout, and there's a good chance it'll be shipped within 24h.
All these updates are part of how we see the future of UpsellPlus: an autonomous agent that grows revenue per visitor for your brand. You set a goal (e.g., grow AOV, increase conversion, ...), and UpsellPlus suggests strategies to achieve it and implements them within the guardrails you set.Continuous improvement on autopilot, always in search of the best results, just like that. We're already working on the Summer 2026 release, ready to take the next leap towards autonomous revenue optimization.
The UpsellPlus admin will look a little different one of these days after you've received the update. All your existing offers are still available and running. Now with a ton more capabilities, performance, and AI.
