The dashboard's metrics are all derived from the same four raw counts per offer: impressions, conversions, cart adds, and revenue. Everything else — conversion rate, add-to-cart rate, cart-to-purchase rate — is one of those counts divided by another, so if a rate looks wrong, it's worth checking the underlying counts first rather than assuming the rate calculation itself is off.
Two metrics are easy to misread. Attach rate is orders containing an upsell divided by total orders, a store-wide figure — not a per-offer conversion rate, which is impressions-based instead. Upsold AOV compares the average order value of orders that included an upsell against orders that didn't, specifically to avoid comparing upsold orders against a blended average that already contains them (which would understate the real lift); it's only shown when both cohorts have enough orders to compare and when the API has reported the revenue split needed to compute it, which isn't guaranteed on every historical data point.
Placement-level revenue (Checkout, Post-Purchase, Cart, Product, Storefront) is attributed by matching each offer's context list against that placement's contexts; an offer spanning multiple contexts within one placement has its revenue counted once per matching context, not divided between them, since the underlying analytics event isn't recorded per-context in the first place.
Upsell revenue itself — the number your pricing tier is measured against — is net of discounts: it's the revenue UpsellPlus generated for you, not the full value of the orders it touched.
