We help the largest 1% of Shopify stores to grow their revenue across their online storefront, by improving AOV and conversion.

Our need to hire

We are a profitable, fast-growing solution Shopify brands with strong product-market fit. Our target customers are brands with $10m -$150m/yr in online sales.

We’re hiring a hands-on demand generation operator to personally drive top-of-funnel growth, owning paid acquisition and early demand channels end-to-end, with success measured by net new qualified installs.

You will be responsible for accelerating our growth across:


  • Shopify App Store SEO & CRO/ASO
  • Google Ads (search + display + remarketing)
  • Shopify agency partnerships
  • LLM optimization: GEO
  • Landing page optimization & onboarding conversion
  • Measurement, attribution, and growth analytics

This is a role for someone who knows how to market to the Shopify ecosystem. And can market across all channels, inlcuding LLM's, Linkedin, Twitter, App store, Paid ads, Email, Partnerships, Youtube and others.

We are at a 7 figure ARR and growing 60–70% YoY. Your work will directly impact our trajectory to 2-3x our revenue and beyond.

What you'll own:


1. Shopify App Store Growth

  • Improve ranking for our main keywords
  • Optimize listing copy, screenshots, video, pricing
  • Launch and optimize experiments to lift install → activation → paid
  • Increase review volume and velocity
  • Analyze competitors and category trends

2. Google Ads Scaling

  • Take over existing campaigns and optimize them for ROAS
  • Launch new keyword campaigns, competitor campaigns, and remarketing
  • Run structured experiments weekly
  • Scale budget when profitable
  • Continuously improve quality score + landing page relevance

Goal: Profitably scale spend 2–5×.

3. Shopify Agency Partnerships

  • Take over existing campaigns and optimize them for ROAS
  • Identify top agencies and partners globally
  • Run outreach, set up demos and maintain relationships
  • Build a referral program for agencies
  • Create co-marketing content and partner guides
  • Track partner performance

4. Analytics & Growth Measurement

Build dashboards for CAC, ROAS, LTV, conversion rates. Model growth scenarios and forecast ARR. Attribute results to channels clearly

About you

Must-haves

  • Personally executed and owned paid demand generation, with hands-on responsibility for Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and/or similar channels, including budget, volume, and performance (not just strategy or oversight).
  • Proven top-of-funnel ownership, measured by net new qualified leads or installs per month, with clear accountability for channel mix, spend, CAC, and payback.
  • Execution-first operator, comfortable working without a team initially and able to identify the single biggest growth bottleneck and run focused experiments end-to-end.
  • Strong quantitative fluency, including CAC, LTV, churn, ROAS, and attribution, with the ability to make fast, defensible decisions from incomplete data.

Nice-to-haves

  • Prior experience marketing to Shopify merchants or operating within the Shopify ecosystem
  • Experience in PLG or self-serve SaaS environments
  • Depth in one or more channels (App Store ASO, Google Ads at scale, partner-led growth)
  • Effective use of AI tools to accelerate experimentation, analysis, or content iteration

Hiring process

1. Application review: Review for relevant growth ownership, Shopify ecosystem experience, and hands-on execution background.
2. Recruiter screen (30–45 min): Initial calibration call focused on prior growth ownership, Shopify experience, execution style, and role expectations.
3. Founder intro + alignment call (30–45 min): Conversation with the founder to align on background, growth philosophy, role scope, and mutual fit.

4. Experience deep dive (assignment): Short, scoped assignment focused on a real growth problem (e.g. channel prioritization, experiment design, or diagnosis).Designed to understand thinking and judgment, not polish or free work.
5. Review + discussion (60 min): Live discussion of approach and decisions with the Founder, CMO (advisor), and CTO.
6. References: Short calls with 2–3 people the candidate has worked closely with.
